No Internet - No Help or resolution

I have been without Internet for 3 days. I cannot get help from ANY channel, be it Whatsapp, Email Complaints, Customer Helpline. Whatsapp escalates to no effect, Email no response, Helpline dropped my call whilst helping me !! They are faceless and TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE. How do I run my business like this??
