no internet ,no customer supprt

Im sitting 9 days with 0 to none internet, keep getting emails saying i must do their troubleshooting, i went ahead and did it nothing changed, and now no reply when i ask for cancelation and refund, im getting no service, my ticket number TICKET ID: 908201
