No internet, I'm not happy

What's going on guys???? Since paying my subs Friday I'm unable to connect My display shows Connected (no internet) 2 days later I've tried the WhatsApp optiion many times and get Willie sending me the same menu options over and over

Willie needs a holiday... Or replace him pretty please..

Alternatively, if you do not have agents to assist over weekends Disable the whatsapp option and notify the public or your clients so they won't initiate a chat for ****s and giggles.
