No internet for a week

I have had no internet for 6 days. I logged a ticket 4 days ago. ID: 842214. I tried the whatsap chat bot but that didnt seem to help at all. I went from number 5 in que to number 7 a few times, how the hell? I have tried calling over and over but nobody seems to be available. I dont know what more to do after hello peter but to block the debit orders and go elsewhere.
