No Internet for 24 hrs already and no one is assisting

I have an issue that needs immediate assistance, my 2 WIFI services have apparently been disconnected, de provisioned or whatever!!!

I am waiting now a full 24hrs for assistance , looks like The agents all are on leave and there is no one that can technically help me at this stage. The bot Willie keeps tell me it’s looking for an agent to assist.

Maybe if I complain here someone will pick up my issue and help me.

Why has my services been disconnected???

I need my Internet services back ASAP!
