no internet

i am really ****ed off by Web Africa after reporting them on this platform they came running to install & connect the router and then they told me that i must keep on cheking my internet will be active withing 2 hours but till to date no internet the router its the but with no internet i tried to contact them on 086 00 9500 but its taking me to the robot chat and that robot doesn't have the correct option to choose from i really don't know because they are unreachable the bill statement was send to me yesterday with no reply option.. Imagine first time what about coming months no man guys i though by last week my internet will be active..
