NO INTERNET CONNECTION-WORST SERVICE BY AGENT

The most terrible service i have ever experienced in my entire life . I spoke to a bot- Willie who eventually referred me to a *********** person Aluwani & Kopano who where fighting for title of worse service ever given. i have logged call since Wednesday, only to find out that the call was closed the following day: REF***. then i had the displeasure of dealing with an even worse service agent Aluwani the next day who promised that my follow up has now been escalated...needles to say i have still not been assisted. ref: ISP:610370 (***)
