No Internet Connection - WEB AFRICA

I have been using Web Africa Wifi since 2024. This year it has been a hustle on their internet I have send several complaints on e-mail , instead I get a copy and paste e-mail that cannot help. I informed them no answer.

They direct all assistance on WhatsApp that you are answered by the machine it goes to the same question and answer now an again.

The last Agent I spoke to send a message to say I" quote" If internet in not working there is nothing else we can do . No body thought of escalating the matter further . this is a sensitive time period where we write exams, but regardless internet fully paid every month since Feb complaining of no internet connection . No help
