No internet connection for 3 days

I have been with webafrica for almost 4 years never been so disappointed. Been communicating with a bot for the pass 3 days. And still no luck. My internet connection is now been cut for non payment but their is funds. My husband work from home without internet connection, they send me links to do payment but keep on getting errors I even requested alternatives but no assistance all they telling I must phone my bank which I did my bank cannot find anything wrong on their side. Please can some one please sort this out as a matter of urgency or you will be losing a valuable customer. And can i please speak to a person I cannot deal with a robot.
