No internet connection 😕 😢 😑

My wifi router has been flashing a red light on LOS from Sunday, 09 July 2023 at 4pm, I reported the matter and still there's no solution to the problem. I am paying for the service and I am not getting joy. 3 days without internet connection is unacceptable......
