No internet connection

I reported my fiber connection on my Monday and technical department come through on Tuesday later my fiber was reseted back to default now i can't login. To my suprise my fault was closed today without the issue being resolved and there is no feedback on the matter but month end i will have to pay them for service that i don't have.

Fault (182192) status changed to Closed.another ref received was ISP-***
