Web Africa is a trashy service from judging from what’s happening any ISP under Vuma is wack I’ve been having connectivity issues since December If it’s time to debit they take your money with no questions asked I’ve been on the queue for 3 day imagine They are so quick to say we will cancel your service what about the time I had no service and you billed me for that Poor customer service No callbacks are done Everything is wacky
