No Internet connection

I have been out of network connection for the pass 11 days I make a payment on the 3 Sep 2024 through the customer portal so the payment did go through my bank in the transacions but web africa did not that the funds from my acvount in time ,iI made a second payment and still i still have not internet connection,I query it for 3 day with Web africa thy just lock a call and i go a ref number.I have so many One on the agents help me to get someone to call me but her could just refer my query to his financial department ,web africa agents is help full but the rest of the serive is very poor I'm very unhappy my internet connection is still of I have to send screenshot on whatsup and explain my stories to 8 different agents Today thy ask me again for my proof of payment that I have send more the 4 time and my bank statement but still no resolved The will tell me the it take 24 house to reconnect I need to be patient, that query is like this sins vrydag where thy sy it take 24 house THIS IS UNEXPECTED I have a credit on my account but I do not have and internet connection
