No internet but they got their money

I’ve never been this angry. I paid them Saturday and it’s Thursday today but I still don’t have internet access. I’ve been talking to their agents and they tell me they haven’t recieved my funds and my bank says they already took the funds. My kids don’t have tv for the whole week!!!!!! I’ve always used the same way to pay why would they do that!!!!!! I’m angry Webafrica this is unacceptable!
