NO INTERNET AFTER A WEEK!!!!!!!!!

Since my line was released from my old ISP on the 31st May 2024 it took you guys a week to get things going and that was after I had to place the line order VC-*** with Vuma on Saturday the 8th June 2024. It has been 48 hours since then and my internet is still not working. What in the actual hell is going on with you guys this is BS. You were recommended to me by a friend and reviews I saw on google and those seem to be lies. Worst of all you are trying to charge me for a thing I dont have. I have spent that amount maybe even more on data alone just so I can work as I work from home. Sort your stuff out and get my internet active now!!!!!!!
