No internet activation , no customer service

I am sitting with the exact same thing. Absolutely shocking service from them and they do not seem to care. I have been chasing them for over a month , they activated my service ( although nothing installed) , then they cancelled it, then had to re-order it then wait another 2 weeks to be able to escalate the issue. The two weeks has come and gone , and today they tell me that it has been installed and activated at my house. It definitely has not been. Now they need to re-order it , wait another two weeks to get feedback. Request for a call back from supervisors has not happened, response to my email complaints.... still pending.. and still no sign of any installation date. I receive different stories every day , depending who answers the whatsapp chat line. I would have though people are fighting for every bit of business they can secure these days...not Web Africa....
