No Internet access

I have no Internet access for the last 7 days, I have been trying to get assistance but nothing seems to be working,I have tried calling numbers but it doesnt go through,I even tried the live chat ,if I request to chat to any agent ,the response times are ridiculous and if you don't respond fast enough they end the chat so quickly, I will be cancelling my services. I don't advise anyone to get WebAfrica services.
