No installation yet you want money??? Many excuses

App**** for internet and after a month still excuses. Wrong address? Then incomplete address? Then not listening that I'm renting the flat at that premises. Then they will call to install and then pay to install????? Not acceptable. I want it installed and running no more excuses. I've been **** to and had enough. I have no internet line and you did deliver a rooter with no installation so all excuses are invalid. You have to install and activate or cancel as I had enough of begging for service. ***. It's a month ago I app****. Very poor service. I expect an apology and immediate installation and compensation for a month of no internet
