NO INSTALLATION, NO REFUND IN 6 MONTHS!!😡

I paid for fibre installation in February, R399. They came 2 days later and they couldn't install for terms only THEY understood! I requested a refund in FEBRUARY, until this day they keep telling me they are waiting for "finance department" to confirm. 10 different agents said the SAME thing and NO REFUND processed!😡😡
