No Installation but I was debited

I am very disappointed, from December waiting for fiber installation at my place, 22 of January they mark my services as complete, without any openserve people come to my place for installation. When I cancel the service that I never had, they told me is scheduled to be canceled on 1st of march! And they carry on and debit me!

WHY???? Please refund me! You failed to provide service! I regret the day I heard about you!
