No installation and no effort to contact me

I have logged a request for fibre on 22 july 2021. To date i havr arranged multiple occasions for the installer to go into my new property i have bought. I had to arrange special access with the owner and web africa didnt show up and didnt make any effort to contact me.

Firstly Web africa is alresdy installed. Why do we need to install again of there is already fibre?

Second its not great service making arrangements and then not showing up and not making any contact with.

Its been more than 1 month since ordering.

I am moving in on 31 August and quite sure i wont have internet which will affect my ability to work.
