No installation

Service at webafrica is dead poor, i have app**** for fiber line, made payment on 14/04/2021, to date no installation done or call from them, been send pillar to post.

The whats up i was helped by Stanton and he promised that within 48hrs i will get a call from installation team, so far nothing and they have already billing me.
