No humans left at WebAfrica

WebAfrica have introduced an OTP system for security which is all good and well but the OTP they have used for me is a number that can't receive a SMS. The frustrating part is the only way to contact them now is through a damned chat bot in WhatsApp that WANTS AN OTP that I can't get before letting you speak to a human!!!!!!!!!! No other contact option is available
