No human interaction,after sales service is literally non-existent!!!

Spoke with David from sales who hung on me and I just wanted to esclalate my query regarding fixed LTE order which has not been honoured and i've already paid for the activation fee. Apparently I can't speak to anyone over the phone, I need to go back to the same whatsapp were i'm told different stories. He then hung up on me while I was trying to establish why I couldn't speak to a human when whatsapp is not working for me. This is disgusting service at it's best.
