No help with problem

I am getting the worst customer service ever at the moment and i deal with telkom on a daily basis, just to give you an idea how bad it is. I have had no connectivity since my installation and i am being ignored on whatsapp and no one answers the phone when i call. is this the new way of dealing with clients. Get paid then ignore them?
