No Help with Payment

I have been trying almost 12 hours now to try and make payment due to the fact that my debit order never went off for my WIFI. I have chatted to 3 different agents and sent 3 emails with no real confirmation as when the debit order will be done or why I cant make payment myself. I keep on getting error messages. NEVER had I had problems with Webafrica till now and all because I want to make payment but seems no one wants to help me.
