No help, no internet, no escalation, no accountability ,dysfunctional watsapp help. Just bad miserable slow service from webafrica

Absolute pathetic service. Customer agents always not in the mood to assist, no condusive feedback, watsapp service absolute nonsense. No platform to escalate. I recharged the thing,its been 4days no service. The 30min promise is a lie. System Keeps sending reminders if i want to reconnect. Still not happy with the promised fast fibre internet that don't exist. Keeps lagging and buffering. Slowest internet ever. No accountability from this organisation. Disappointing.
