No help chats. Call back request

Changed cards and now I have been to be debited or make payment since the 1st January. Been on a chat daily and still no luck. I even requested a call rather as we were not getting anywhere with these chats. Now I have been waiting for over an hour to be connected to a consultant to chat with so we can do this all over again.
