No help

I have been trying to get in contact with a live agent of webafrica since this morning and still no communication what’s so ever I do understand it’s weekend and I just think that a simple open communication would be so helpful because I have been struggling with my internet and still no reassurances of any kind and I think it’s ridiculous for them to be taking so long and not even offer some sort of communication
