No form of communication

I am sitting without wifi because of webafrica's lack of communication channels!!

I am extremely disappointed with Webafrica and the lack of ways to communicate with them. The only way is their whatsapp number and you get sent from one agent to the other. Nobody assists and they just pass you to the bot to pass you to a new agent. Waiting time is forever!!!

I've have now submitted a cancellation request because I'm spending more money on buying data for a service that hardly works!
