No Flexible Debit Order Dates

This is the worst place to go with. I cannot work with debit orders they set. I cannot even change the debit orders as I dont get paid on the 1st but on the 25th of every month. I want a place where I can have flexibility and not a set debit order date made by you. Then also you need to train your people their Arrogance is really making me angry.
