No Fibre, no feedback, broken promises and charging

Webafrica have truly been terrible with my home relocation. The promise to give you feedback at specific times, promise to call you and don't. Charge you for months you did not have a service. Very disappointed considering having been a client for 5 years. They have still not resolved my issue of not having Fibre at home even after I logged the request in September.
