No Fibre internet service for 4 days!

I have a Fibre service with Webafrica and since Tuesday we have had no internet service. There is a red light on the router. The person on the Whatsapp support group is useless. Asking me to enter the wifi password and other nonsense.

According to the website, there is outages in my area.
