No Fibre connection for the last 3 days - no response from Web Africa

Our fibre has been down now since last week friday 24th Oct, since around after 10pm. I have tried both saturday and sunday this past weekend to get hold of them as well as this morning again. I am yet to receive any response on their whatsapp chat channel. Very disappointing as this is supposed to be a good fibre line - but have been having less than good service from them for the last year i have been with them.
