NO feedback/answer/Response???

Not sure if anybody still works at WebAfrica...Tried to call phone only rings and eventually cuts off, super fast Watsapp hasn't rep**** in more than a day. The emails I send from the website comes back as box not being attended to????I get a full bill but have no service???
