No feedback after promised
I followed up on my order number *** and was promised I will be called back - with no response. I can't understand that a company cannot give you any indication at all as to when it will be installed! So frustrating.

This issue was escalated to a senior to contact you and she was in touch, having said that, she'll be in touch to provide you with feedback regularly.
