No Feedback After 11 weeks after signing up for fibre

<p>I signed up for fibre with Webafrica on the 26.09.2016. They told me it would take between 6-8 weeks for the fibre line to be installed but can sometimes be done within 2 weeks. It has now been 11 weeks and no feedback from Webafrica, not an email, not a call. My girfriend spoke to Webafrica who now tell her there is no fibre in the area which is total ******* as my neighbour has fibre. Truly the most useless internet service provider I have ever come across. If anyone is thinking about using them, rather go to Afrihost. </p>
