No downtime credit for their own fault

Join them at your own risk. Their connection was down for 26 hours + and they refuse to do a downtime credit even though the issue was on the FNO side. Apparently their connection needs to be down for 10days in order for them to credit the downtime. Funny enough they credited me previously for the same hours and now it's a different story. When you send a complaint on their email they refer you to the whatsapp chats that takes hours before they respond. It's time to jump ship.
