No direct line for billing or technical queries!

My wifi is disconnected. I’ve tried their portal, Whatsapp and even tried calling. No response. My request has been escalated 4 times and no one replies. There is no direct number for Web Africa unless you want to buy something😏 The only available department is the sales department, how convenient. Any technical queries, no one can be reached directly.
