No custumer service!!

The worst customer support ever, never in my life have I ever strugeld this mutch to get help from people that im paying the service the whatsap life chat is a joke, you will start a chat today and the tomorrow when you are busy you will finaly get a reply.th fiber was installed on the 14 of January we and to day its the 07 Febuary and we only had 5 days of internet and we are still waiting for help from there support team.
