No customer support to speak of

Dear Webafrica. I must tell you your support department sucks. Nothing works and a seemingly simple task takes days to solve. The urgent way of dealing with issues via WhatsApp takes forever. I'm sorry to say, but you guys aren't able to organize anything. It's a waste of time and money. Even Telkom offers a better service.
