NO Customer support

Web Africa is not a bad ISP until you need assistance then they are just horrible.

I have spend hours today on whatsapp without getting issue resolved, one agent just stopped communicating with me when he could not resolve my issue.

And at 8PM I tried whatsapp again as Vumatel informed me they send my ticket back to Webafrica as the fault is at WebAfrica. by 9PM no agent assisted me and I get a standard message to say they closed now will get back to me tomorrow.

I also logged two tickets online and I barely logged the ticket then it gets closed and I get a useless email with links that is in no way useful.

I am really regretting staying with these guys every time something goes wrong I realise how poor their service is.
