No Customer Service - Webafrica

The worst customer service I have delt with, Internet went down at 06:30 in the morning, did some troubleshooting, realized that it is the fiber connection, tried for 8 hours to log a call with Webafrica, could only talk to their automated bot, eventually got hold of someone on their Whatsapp, they the only informed me that Openserve is attending to the fiber issue, but this was after struggling for 8 hours to log a call with them, they only have the Whatsapp bot support, no call logging system, and their site did not list the area as a potential problem area, moving to another provider.
