No customer service. No Call centre. Nothing

Imagine being billed for a service you didnt agree to and then you think its just a minor misunderstanding.. then you find out you cant call them, you can only whatsapp their automated bots. Thats it. Nothing else. Stay away unless you're looking to die of a heart attack or enjoy pain.

For sales, they have a number and will gladly and immediately call you. For service, help or query..... nothing. They dont even bother responding to complaints here on Hellopeter.

Your only option is to escalate whatever issue with ICASA or lawyers.
