NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

No customer service!! Their whattsapp communication system is a disgrace. NO feedback is ever given! I have 3 services with Webafrica. Two of the services’ sim cards had to be replaced due to their and MTN’s incompetence to resolve a problem. Still struggling to get the 2nd new sim card active. Although I had no internet coverage from them I have been billed and my bank account debited for the full amount! Don’t try to communicate with their Accounts Department, they run around the bush and its one lame excuse after the other. STAY AWAY from Webafrica!!!!
