NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Since Thursday 20th August 2020 my internet service stopped working, I tried to call from Friday morning however useless Web Africa do not have any human beings working in their support center. I tried to contact a person via telephone and this rings endlessly, I then selected the call back option this too has not worked. I tried using the **** WhatsApp option provided and to my horror still no human beings available to help. When I sent a note via Facebook messenger somebody responded and informed me somebody will contact me, well today is the 28th August 2020 and nobody has contacted me. I tried emailing this mickey mouse organisation and still no response or call back. At this point all I want is for them to disconnect my service and im still struggling to get this done too!! I can guarantee on the 1st September these things will debit my account (R730 per month) for sure and I will make sure I reverse that payment. Do yourself a favour and NEVER EVER use this company as there is no after sales service offered to customers, they are only good at debit orders each month.
