No customer service at ALL

Web Africa's customer service is the poorest of the poor!!!! They did not deduct the debit order from my account and we've been off wifi since the 1st of July. I chatted via WhatsApp to different bots and different agents......with NO resolution at all. I'm repeating the same information over these last few 5 days and my wifi is still off.....in school holidays!!!!!!!!
