NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I would like to report WebAfrica again it’s been two months since I logged a query with them requesting my refund due to the incompetence I have received from them, The frustrating part is when I contact them they will tell me they are still waiting for feedback,they have escalated the matter but still I don’t a call or email. I am so not happy all I want is my refund 😡😡😡😡
