No customer service after sales

I recently joined webafrica after having a bad experience with supersonic with no customer service. One of webafrica agents assured me that their service are much better and their after service is great. However, now I'm getting bad service as I'm waiting in line for service on chat since 5pm-7pm. Just a robot responding as no real life people available and in the meantime I'm without internet after paying. All these ISPs are giving bad service and we are forced to accept it as they do not take responsibility when you as a person can not work due to no internet
