No Customer service

I cancelled my service due to slow speeds and poor response when I log a complaint. Heinrich Dourie called me and said if I stay he would be my personal assistant if I have any problems. So I agreed to stay. Nevertheless, two months later Heinrich and the WhatsApp line response is none existing. I am being overcharged and nobody is assisting. Now if I want to cancel I need to pay a cancellation fee because I renewed my service.
